Expérience négative: Prendre le temps d'informer les clients en détail est essentiel.. je ne suis pas sûr que nous utiliserons à nouveau Expedia.. nous avons dépensé beaucoup d'argent pour une croisière.. pour être assis au-dessus d'un moteur… ce dont nous n'avions aucune idée que notre cabine était.. tant pis.. la communication est importante.

Expérience fantastique: We recently booked a cruise for march sailing. We dealt with Karen the manager and found her excellent to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Her followup on questions was prompt and ever since the booking she has kept in touch with updates. She got us a great price on the cruise we wanted and with some additionàl perks we didn't expect. We are seasoned travelers and I must say this was a good experience. I would highly recommend them if u are booking a cruise
