Negative experience: Have contacted them for two different trips. They don’t return calls or emails. I actually wondered if they gone out of business

Positive experience: We worked with Royal City Travel to book a work conference trip. They billed the university directly, which was great! Everything was done via email, which was a bit annoying because we had some complexities to deal with in our group. But overall, not a bad experience.

Negative experience: Our experience is still on going to book a Disney trip that we figured should be simpler to book thru a travle agent to to book all the part our self has turned in to a 2 month saga, and will most likely result in us just booking it ourselves. We have been disappointed so far

Fantastic experience: I know a lot of people use websites and apps to book their own flights and travel details. We use Royal City Travel and we’re always happy we do! Too many times, we’ve been stranded somewhere due to cancelled flights or changes brought on by airlines. RCT has saved our hides several times, working into the evenings, on weekends, in their off hours, all to get us back on track and to our destination or home. My family wouldn’t organize travel any other way!

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, if you ever thought to visit istanbul, clarion Gloden horn hotel is a place where you stay while on your vacation ,Out standing management to the stuff , well trained, respectful and the welling to help. My flight ✈️ just postponed, I called in , accepted it in for a night and with a friend, it's 5 km from taksim and the hotel is in a central location , close trails and rivers had very nice views , I like it. I definitely recommended it, to make visit. People in istanbul in general are very nice, food s is very good,
