Negative experience: Wish I could give negative stars, absolutely rude and belittling experience. Obviously professionalism and manners not required for this job

Fantastic experience: Hi, we have just returned from 9 days of travel to Scotland. My agent was Scott Allen. In order to meet all our requirements, I contacted Frederick Travel early and gave us 2 months to plan our trip. Scott worked tirelessly back and forth with me in order that our journey went well. He made suggestions, I made suggestions and we had a wonderful time. He took care of the airlines, hotels, guided bus tours, hop-on+off, train, castles, palaces and more; prepaid entry everywhere saved loads of time. Suggested we convert our dollars to make dining and shopping easier. Gave tips, mailed our itinerary and reminded me of last minute items that may come up. In our busy world, I would not have had such a memorable trip without the help of Scott. Travel agencies are still the way to go.

Negative experience: Would leave a zero star review if possible. Wasted over two weeks trying to book an appointment with Danny Hoag after providing every piece of information required in our first email. He made every excuse to avoid meeting in person with us despite several requests, and asked multiple times for information already provided. By far the worst experience I've had trying to book a "relaxing" vacation.

Fantastic experience: Walkawaytreks, the best in hiking adventures!

Negative experience: We called and made an appointment to meet with one of the travel agents. When we went in the person we were scheduled to meet with was not informed about our appointment. She did briefly speak to us before her next appointment and said she would send us information. She never followed up with any details as she said she would. Perhaps the staff is spread too thin.

Fantastic experience: Ana is a diligent and friendly agent. She takes care of every detail and it's never a nuisance to ask for her help with anything. Arranging travel online can be madly confusing and frustrating with so many crazy websites and ways of booking - I found Ana to be hugely helpful, getting us the best price and doing all the arranging. Highly recommend, I have used Frederick / Ana for personal and business travel and I am glad to have found such a helpful agent. Great job Ana.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience yesterday with Ana! My partner and I booked a rather important trip to Colombia to bring his son from there to Canada to live with us for the year. We booked through a third party company and it was a mess. I called Frederick Travel Waterloo for advice and Ana answered the call and literally helped me get everything sorted out from start to finish. Her knowledge helped me cancel my ticket free of charge and she also rebooked our flights home… for the three of us this time :) I was/am so grateful for her help! Thank you Ana!

Fantastic experience: An absolute must for all your travel needs - be it personal, vacation, business, individual, or large group/event management. The people and the service quality are second to none!

Positive experience: I traveled to Cambodia and Vietnam with a group of 23 Americans on a trip organized by Frederick Travel Waterloo. The tour guides were mostly excellent. The agenda was perfect. My only disappointment was in the food. My group was often served "americanized" versions of the local cuisine, which included French fries and deep fried breaded meats instead of what I observed other restaurant patrons eating (noodles, vegetables, rice, etc.).
