Negative experience: Worst travel agent I have ever used.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend PNG Travel Giacomo did an amazing job, organizing our trip to Italy. He booked our hotels flights and transfers. Amazing work !

Fantastic experience: Jaqueline from PNG travel was amazing. Very knowledgeable. She planned our trip to Italy to various places. Everything in our travel was seamless and we just have beautiful memories. No anxiety, no stress. I would highly recommend her for her services. She is highly knowledgable inside and out about Italy.

Fantastic experience: We booked our trip with P&G Travel Agency. We dealt with Khalid and Sandro and had a wonderful experience. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and were able to work out the best deal for us on a last minute trip. We are so thankful, and we highly recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Negative experience: If I had the option for a negative star rating, that’s what this travel agency deserves! Save your money! Go somewhere else! They are quick to take your money, but their lack of customer service, any sort of communication, even when you ask to pre book your seat, or ask for and sort of receipt or documentation - they lack the decency of providing you with what you requested. In this day and age, the lack of service and communication is just unbelievable! Stay away!!

Negative experience: Disappointed in sales rep’s lack of travel knowledge. Khalid didn’t ask the right questions of my plans. Referred to travel books to answer his own questions. I had wide open plans.

Negative experience: The lady who took the phone call today March 11th at 4:39 is rude, lacks patience and knowledge, gives a bad first impression. I was trying to book a long family trip with them but I won’t because of this lady who’s lazy and needs to review her behaviour.

Fantastic experience: An amazing, very informative & trusted experience! Khalid helped me book my trip to San Francisco. My first time traveling alone ever & he was so helpful. I needed to extend my original flight for a few days longer & he made that happen ! He was right on top of it & helped me so much. Fantastic experience: Very cool company. Firstly, the employees of this company helped us choose a tour that fit our criteria. Secondly, I had a problem with paying for the tour, since payment had to be made with a credit card. Since my wife and I are new arrivals to Canada, my credit limit did not allow me to transfer such an amount. But company employees helped resolve this issue. Special thanks to the wonderful consultant Lila. To solve my problem, she stayed late at work and was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your vacation. We will definitely plan our next vacation with the help of this good company.

Fantastic experience: Since everyone decided to travel this year, it was really hard to get a travel agent to even return a call! I wrote P & G on a weekend and within a few hours was notified that "Khalid" would be contacting me shortly. Not only did Khalid get back to me ASAP, he gave me many options in my price point to think about, he was funny and easy going. I enjoyed working with him. I had my trip for 4 booked that evening! Fantastic experience: I usually book my own travel but since we were a big group (12) for mom’s birthday it was best to leave it to the professionals and I’m glad I did! Khalid was fantastic. He took the stress away from me . He was Very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He went over and above with my father and help fight for a credit with sunwing which made my father really happy and appreciative. I would recommend P&G travel but more so particularly Khalid.

Fantastic experience: I usually book my own trips online but this time I wanted the help and expertise from a travel agent as I have never travelled to Mexico. I just booked my February vacation for my partner and I with Khalid at P&G Travel. He was amazing to work with. Fantastic experience: Wow, everyone at P&G are super helpful and courteous. Giacomo and his team are really knowledgeable and, know exactly how to guide you through your vacation/holiday trip. All you have to do is, give them your area of interest and presto, you are presented with a really detailed itinerary. Jacqueline was great and able to answer all my questions. Provided me with everything needed for my holiday trip, and followed up promptly. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Scammers...be aware

Negative experience: I would say very low customer services, I have been calling, leaving messages and never got an answer about my inquiere. after talking with the travel agent she supposed to call me back, after waiting one day called back and had to wait more than 40 minutes on the phone without a reason! you should try all your customers with the same value and importance. I do get you may be busy, but at least try to help out or call back.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Lila from a friend last year when I was wanting to travel during Covid. Lila was extremely helpful and got me all the information and travel info I needed to make my final decisions. I have worked with her on three trips I have taken so far and will continue to use her services in the future. She is very conscientious and didn't leave a single item out. She even contacted me after my trips to see how I enjoyed them.

Negative experience: Our family booked a vacation for 6 people. Our father passed away. I called Gisella and asked if we could leave three days later. She clearly told me there was nothing she could do and her words exactly were "Unless your at the airport Monday morning you will loose all your money" I decided to call Sunwing directly. Yes we had to pay to fly out but sunwing held our rooms and return flight.
