Negative experience: The older Indian guy in there yells and was obnoxiously rude when we needed help. We will not be going back there again for travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Sony is the best, my go to travel agency! Have been his client since 1988 :) and he has helped me out far and beyond to get my daughter on a plane (1992) and my entire family on a joined journey (2018) Highly recommend!
