Negative experience: Booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean and Air Canada flights for February ,had to cancel them in November and was told that they go through a 3rd party to book so no refund at all .If we would have booked directly with Royal Caribbean and Air Canada ,we would have gotten a lot of our money back .Never going through this company again !We asked when booking our flights if we could cancel and she said yes ,only to find out that flex doesn't cover cancelation only comfort ,why didn't she know this ?

Negative experience: We went to Algonquin looking for help with booking our first cruise. The flight reservation brought us in the same day as the boat disembarked. The flight was cancellled and we literally missed the boat:(. We would have loved to be provided with the advice to arrive the day before. We lost two days of a seven day cruise which translates to a fair amount of money. Pretty disappointed as we relied on the professionals and we are paying the price.
