Fantastic experience: This is an incredible travel agency in Nanaimo, B.C. My mother needed a hand figuring out a travel visa to get to another country and she was at her wit's end trying to figure the process out, after having explored many different "digital options". She decided to step into Expedia Cruises, and Ronnie, one of the travel agents (and manager), was the most kind, genuine, and incredibly helpful person my mom has encountered in a long time. He explained the process thoroughly to her, empathized with her frustrations, and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. Ronnie absolutely went above and beyond. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat, to anyone, for amazing deals on travel, and for the absolute best customer service. Thank you, Ronnie!

Fantastic experience: Owner was efficient in completing the ArriveCan data. Without his help it appeared doubtful that we would have been on our cruise.
