Negative experience: I do not recommend using an agent if you are comfortable booking on your own. Information that is shared is not done so in an easy to read manner (feels very much like copying and pasting into an email from a website), it is out of date almost as soon as it is sent. My big disappointment was that it felt like I did all the work to find flight options that met my criteria, which left me wondering what I was paying for by having an agent book it for me.
