Fantastic experience: Having Émeline prepare my trip to England and Paris down to the last detail was a pleasure and a relief at the same time. She is a pleasant and dedicated employee. Her commitment to her job and to the satisfaction of her clients is to be commended. This was my first time preparing a trip with Transat and will certainly not be the last one. Fantastic experience: Roman is an excellent travel agent. Very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and provides many options for the best vacations. He provides all options and services. I will definitely visit Roman and this Air Transat location again.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with many different agents to book a flight from Ottawa to New Jersey with my puppy, which turned out to be a nightmare! I dealt with Emeline and she was amazing!! She was very personable, took her time with me and she got the right information to travel with my puppy. I highly recommend this agency as they got me the best price and got the job done!!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to book a last minute trip and we had no preconceived ideas of where we wanted to go. Roman at Transat Travel asked pertinent questions and gave us a few different ideas and options to consider. We made our decision a day later. Roman booked our flights and accommodation and we were out of the country the following week. We had such a great time! Roman was just so personable, knowledgeable and patient that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use his services in the future.

Fantastic experience: Roman provided me with an excellent service. He was very helpful finding a family room in a good hotel for my last minute booking vacation, which I was not able to find myself online.

Negative experience: Always have their glass doors closed in the mall. VERY uninviting. COVID is over folks! Open your doors and maybe you'll get more customer traffic!

Fantastic experience: Tania Cameron is amazing and great service

Negative experience: I Was given the wrong insurance information directly from a travel agent and it cost me $1300 even with proof via email that I was given the wrong information.

Positive experience: Normally I go to Flight Center but decided to give this agency a try. They are pretty much the same although Transat charges a booking fee. I did get the agent to look through several destinations and resorts before I booked so he earned his fee.
