Negative experience: This place is garbage! Stay away from these people; try to get tickets on the same day for march break, and they confirmed there was an available deal, but I they don't want to accept $13800 cash or transfer (interact); they told me it looked like it was a scam... I couldn't believe that was happening to me. They ruin my family's March break vacation. I will continue to write many more negative reviews for this horrible service

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Laura isn't anything better than a crook. Did not tell us that the resort is due to shutdown on Jan.10/2019 and that's why the customer service sucks. Did not mention that the beach at the resort was totally destroyed from the hurricane last year and smelled like sewer and there was a sign posted about this since last year. Did not tell us the "right" way to look at the details to accept the price drop guarantee offer. And Mary, her assistant, totally messed up on informing us on how long it would actually take and in what form we would get the money back from Sunwing. The flight was delayed two times, so we lost out on a whole day. Apparently there was a notice alert which we were never informed of. And after all this stupidity, these two women had the audacity to tell us "Well, Sunwing isn't our preferred vendor". Then why the hell are you even offering their packages to people. Nobody knows even the basic meaning of customer service at this branch and ironically they are situated in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. Don't waste your time with these people and go somewhere else!
