Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Polimex for over 30 years. I would like to warmly thank the ladies from the Mississauga branch for their wonderful and kind service. I am pleasantly surprised (I have never had such a quick delivery of a package before) by your reliability and promise. On July 10th in the morning, I sent a package to Poland, and Ms. Dorota informed me that it would be sent on Wednesday and would arrive at the recipient's address in a maximum of 10 days. My surprise and amazement were even greater when today, July 18th, I received a call from my sister that the package has just arrived. Once again, I thank the entire Mississauga team very much and will always recommend you.

Fantastic experience: Hello/ Dzien Dorby : I was there today to send a package to Poland and it was quick and easy.. called ahead to set-up an appointment but the lady said come in, I would call ahead just to make sure they are not busy because only 1 person is allowed inside at all times! Don't want to be outside waiting in the cold! They said the sea would take 2 months to reach Poland! Less time for the air but double the price. Byłem tam dzisiaj i zadzwoniłem wcześniej, aby umówić się na spotkanie, więc zadzwoń do nich i zobacz, czy są zajęci. Przez cały czas może przebywać tylko jedna osoba! Powiedzieli, że morze dotrze do Polski za 2 miesiące! Mniej czasu na samolot, ale podwójna cena.

Negative experience: Package stay in Canada almost one month. Not professional. Packages late for final delivery. Not recommend.

Negative experience: I came here last Friday Polimex in Wista Plaza and the first lady sitting in the left side once you get at the place was very rude, no manners and lack of customer service experience. It was my first time going there and I had some questions and she told me in front of two more customers that I was asking too much questions. I can understand she was alone but when you have experience with customers you can communicate in a polite way and not so disrespectful, rude and impolite I wish to talk to a manager for this. I can tell she hates her job.

Negative experience: Parcels to Poland arrive with extraordinary delays. I sent 10 parcels, and only one arrived after 18 days. Others, despite being sent by air, took over a month. I tried to call the administration multiple times a day for several days, but no one answers. No one responds to emails.

Fantastic experience: They work fantastic for parcels to Croatia. I've sent a few, and they always arrived safely, and were promptly delivered. Even the one we sent just before the COVID in March (by sea) arrived safely. It took an extra week, but everything worked out well. I would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Polimex is really good travel company. Excellent customer service and many locations to choose from. Also if you are looking to send parcels to Poland then Polimex is the best option. Prices are unbeatable, way much cheaper than Canada Post. The delivery service is also very quick. Highly recommended
