Negative experience: i don’t make reviews, but my best friend called with a few questions about our trip coming up, and the lady that ‘helped’ her made her cry. she was so condescending and rude. told her to google her questions, instead of “wasting her time”. we both work in customer service and have had our share of bad days, but we would never treat a customer like this. Neither of us will be using this company ever again.

Fantastic experience: Tier One is a top flight travel agency! My first visit was a few weeks ago to book flights to & from Eastern Africa. Murray G is my agent and I found him to be patient and thorough as well as a great source of expert advice. His follow up care has been excellent and I have no doubt that my next flight or holiday will be based his assistance. I also enjoyed the front desk person Monique whose frank and humorous comments contributed to my enjoyment of the experience. Recommended HIGHLY!

Fantastic experience: TierOne Travel is fantastic. They communicate quickly and clearly. There have been multiple occasions when I needed flights changed and they were able to do it without issue. The travel agent I use at TierOne is literally there to help me for anything I need when I am away. I've leaned on this company multiple times to both plan trips and make modifications or get advice while I am travelling. Can't say enough good things about them!

Negative experience: I was in a tough situation and had a bad phone experience. I was so hopeful when somebody picked up the phone but the lady was kind of mean and didn't want my business because I was calling from another country trying to get home to Victoria. Maybe I don't understand how travel agents work but I know how manners work.

Positive experience: I am guessing they do most of their business online these days as I had a really hard time finding my way into their office. They are located on the second floor of the building but it isn't very obvious how to access it from the outside even though you can see their flags outside of the building. They helped me right away even though I was just a walk in.

Fantastic experience: I have had Karen Dodd of Tier One Travel as a travel agent for years. I always get not only the best service, but the best prices and the best routes. I wouldn't travel without checking with her first.
