Fantastic experience: We booked a small group trip with Rachael Shilling, and it was an absolute pleasant to work with her. She was prompt in her replies and worked within our budget. We were previously working with a travel agent at Expedia and Flight Center, but was told our budget of $12,000-13,000 per couple was inadequate and could not be done. Rachael worked tirelessly to find us the resort we wanted and found it below our budget. Rachael was friendly and attentive, responding quickly to emails. I would not hesitate to work with Rachael again for our future travel plans.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Matthew to help me with flights for my mom and I to go back home to Hong Kong. He was very helpful and responsive and did an excellent job of listening to our needs and providing several quotes and booking us the best option for the best price. Marlin travel charges professional fees and they are worth every penny to work with a fantastic person like Matthew! His knowledge was amazing and he took care of us, I will definitely be using him again and recommending him.

Matt at Marlin has been amazing to deal with, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He had to look into a number of things for us and follow-up and I really appreciate that we booked with him and was always available for us. Fantastic experience: I worked with Marlin Travel to book a trip for myself and my dad to visit Chicago so I could attend a conference, and my dad could have a well deserved vacation. Marlin Travel did an excellent job: stayed well within budget, responded in a timely manner, and did everything possible to troubleshoot problems we ran into due to weather related flight cancellations.
