Fantastic experience: Bessie is the lady! Always helpful, gets us the best rates and such convince to be able to connect with her via work phone or email! She goes out of her way to book us the best tickets, seats and price!

Negative experience: Stay away from these scammers, My card got charged twice. I was trying to get in touch with them, the first time I called, a lady picked up on me and once she understood why I am calling, she hunged up on me never answer my phone again. I had to assign an investigator to dispute this fraud transaction.

Negative experience: Bought multiple tickets from them right before covid hit.... then Air Canada finally refunded all money to all customers. Its been almost 7 months now going back and forth with them and still no refund. Now they dont even pick up the phone whatsoever. Completely frustrated & terrible way to scam customers for thousands of dollars. Would not recommend. Air Canada cant do anything about it because they already returned the money and you didnt buy directly from them. So big loss...! Stay away

Negative experience: Bessie Vlachos was recommended as a travel consultant. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! After calling and leaving three messages never called me back, some one else contacted her and received their itineraries and ask for me. She provided a two week stay instead of the one week stay. So I paid her a visit to see her in person and ask her to modify my trip. I was with her for 15 minutes and she couldn't get the dates right after telling her what dates I was looking for numerous times. Out of frustration I could stay any longer so I asked her to email me what she found. She emailed me a itinerary and Still couldn't get my dates right. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!
