Fantastic experience: In early 2020 we booked a trip to Peru through Algonquin in the Park Travel. The booking went very smoothly and at a much better fare than we had found on our own. Then a week later the world closed. Our booking was for December 2020. We foolishly thought the pandemic would be over by then and we hung onto our tickets. In November we panicked and asked Algonquin to help. Very quickly our booking was switched to an undefined future date. 2021 came and was slipping by and still we could not travel to Peru. The airline was being obstinate about refunds but again Algonquin contacted them and had confirmation of our full refund within a few days. Love these folks.

Positive experience: Great professionals. When the messy days are gone, will.have to go through this company to travel to Europe.
