Fantastic experience: Thank you to Tim Friesen at Expedia Cruises Thunder Bay for your time, patience and expertise any time I have contacted this location. Back in 2020 when the pandemic hit I was forced to cancel a trip I had planned. By no fault of their own; Tim went above and beyond to help me get a credit through Westjet; waiting on hold for hours, sending multiple emails to Westjet, and myself, updating me, upon countless other efforts for myself and who knows how many others during this time of uncertainty. Even tho we were unable to go on the trip due to Covid-19 I appreciate all the efforts by Tim and Expedia for getting me the entire amount back in cheque form from Westjet. Recently dealt with this agency /Tim and again, he went above and beyond to help. Will continue using this location for future trips, thank you Tim at Expedia Thunder Bay~ Highly recommend this agency for any vacation/ cruise planning!

Fantastic experience: Tim Freisen is just amazing of knowledge, expertise, really friendly and sincere staff person~especially with the Covid-19 latest variants~the travel / cruise community had to pivot~recieved answers to all my questions especially around credits, safety, travel health issues, changes etc~provided lots of options, good price points etc~a pleasure to deal with
