Negative experience: I thought we had the right agent but poor communication on tours selling out and planes not connecting for this European trip in September 2023 and not replying back to us promptly made us go elsewhere. She said she had a busy desk so I guess that means she isn’t responsive? Not someone I want to book a trip like this and if there is a problem, she wouldn’t reply quickly.
