Fantastic experience: Everybody knows CAA for their automotive service for Towing, helping you with boosting your battery, locking yourself out of car and of course car insurance. A lot of people don't know is that they also do house insurance and if you put it all together they give you a really great deal and with most of the public now trying to travel that's something else that they offer. They have their own individual offices CAA that you can go to and ask questions about traveling and insurance if you don't want to do it over the phone and get an actual quote in person and have someone actually explain it to you they're always available and very friendly patient customer service or you can call in and book an appointment. I recently went there to update my car and house insurance package and they were amazing and friendly updated me with some of new information and products that they offer and gave me additional information should I choose to travel. Insurance of course is very necessary at all times but more so now with covid and they will gladly go through it and help you out and the prices are amazing in comparisons to other insurances and the prices that you have to pay to have everything covered not just health so like baggage, stay an extra day, cancelation, or you lost products. One more thing I compared them to was my credit card insurance for traveling that it automatically one more thing that I can paired ca2 was the traveling insurance that is offered by every credit card out there that we have in our possession CA beat them every time so I highly recommend them and give them a five out of five visit them look for the nearest office near you there are several compare if you're going to be traveling the insurances and what they cover I did it and it's amazing how their deal was one of the top best that I found I was surprised

Fantastic experience: I had to go there just 10 mins before they closed due to work. But the lady was still very friendly and patiently explain the travel insurance information to me. I will go back again next time i travel!

Positive experience: I was happy that this location is open on Saturday. It wasn’t too busy, and I was able to find luggage in a size I needed. The only down-side to this location is that the same staff handle both travel bookings and in-store products. People who are booking travel need more time and can hold up the line.

As someone who dislikes pressure sales, I appreciated the open and friendly manner that my agent interacted with me, and I will be going back for the next vacation as well as for the CAA service packages.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my husband walked unhappy into this location but we left very happy at the end. Unhappy because we did not get the membership renewal in the mail, email or phone and our membership expired and we were members for about 16 years. Going into the store, Sandra was very helpful along with all other staff and helped us with a new membership and redemption of Petro points. Everyone was professional and friendly and they turned our frustrations into smiles. Thank you Sandra and staff :)
