Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Friendly, honest and great to deal with!

Negative experience: I want to support Viet community, but their service is so bad. They reply my msg in next couple days and do not give me any more info other than price of the trip for first request and 2nd request wait for other couple days of 4 star hotel 3 meal includes, and fares of place to visit. That's this. Your business does not want to spend time for them, then you won't expect they spend money for your services. Although, they have some tours I and my family really interested, I would walk away from them.

Fantastic experience: Awesome people and company, had a great time with them. I would most definitely refer lotus vacations to my friends and family, these people made my trip to Europe alot of fun. It was my first time going on tour with them and more than 60 random people. It was a very fun and safe trip. The tour guide and leaders were funny on the trip.

Fantastic experience: Great people, I would definitely go on tours again with them. I went on a European tour with 60+ random people and enjoyed it. The tour guide and leader were very helpful. Did everything possible to make the trip fun and safe. Despite there was a few complaints but that's a given when you are dealing with that many people. This was my first time going on a tour. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to travel and hit off all the hot tourist attractions. Keep an open mind, let them handle the attractions.
