Negative experience: Rude!!! She blames everything on the customer. Doesn't explain the reasoning behind some of the fees and blatantly lies about it. Begins to yell and scold the customer in the middle of the phone call, and hangs off in the middle of the conversation. Seriously? I called in twice, and she hanged off for both of them. She called me back 30 minutes later telling me that it was her phone, but not her. Really? Do you think anyone would trust that? We were just trying to make some inquiries about Covid related refund. 'So what, do you want me to work for free?' is what she said. No, we don't think so. However I think it's a reasonable thing for a customer to ask without her being angered. She charged as $200 cancellation fee for the two flights. That's way too much to justify. ABSOLUTELY the RUDEST customer service I've seen in my life. 굉장히 무례합니다. 왜 본인이 제대로 설명하고 공지 하지 않아서 고객이 확인 전화를 하는데 화를 내고 고객 탓을 하시죠? 거기에 분명히 공지했거나 빠져나간 요금들에 대해서 거짓말도 하셨어요. 이제까지 Covid-19 환불 관련으로 확인해달라고 전화를 세번 걸었는데 그 중 두번은 중간에 끊은 거고, 마지막 한 번은 본인이 화내다가 제 풀에 못 이겨서 끊으시고 30분만에 (ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) 다시 거신 거네요. 화 좀 죽이면서 고객 상대 하세요... 진짜 이렇게 무례하고 생각 없는 고객 상담 처음 받아보네요. 뭔가 문의를 하려고 해도 짜증부터 내고 목소리가 올라가니 제대로 된 대화도 불가합니다. '고객한테 화내시는 거예요?' '그걸 먼저 설명해주고 공지 하실 의무가 있으신데 저희는 전혀 안내받지 못했어요' 등의 말을 해도 본인은 전혀 잘못하지 않으셨다는 태도네요. 전혀 공지 받지 못한 프로세싱비를 200달러 빼가시고 '왜요, 제가 공짜로 일하라는 거예요?' 라는 말씀을 하시네요. 빼가시더라도 그런 건 고객한테 차분하게 설명을 하셔야죠, 짜증을 내는 게 아니라. 그냥... 환불 관련으로 문의만 하면 본인 혼자 짜증내다가 팍 끊으시는데... 초등학생도 아니고... 좀....... 그렇네요....... !!!! 절대 가자 여행사와 거래하지 마세요!!!!
