Fantastic experience: We booked a cruise with Hampo from the Pickering location. We are experienced cruises and found that Hampo was so helpful and went out over and beyond to ensure that we got the room we selected. We will book with with him again.

In this day and age when everything is done online sometimes its good to have a friendly and informative human to talk to.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked a long cruise with an excellent agent Shy Alarakhia from Expedia Cruiseship Center AJAX. Shy is very professional and extremely thorough in her search and research in accommodating our needs and wants. We have traveled extensively but have never had an agent so helpful. Fantastic experience: Sue Mathieson at Expedia Cruise Centre Ajax is really great. Took our first cruise in 2016, she helped tremendously. We had lots of first-timer questions. Since then we have gone every winter. Leaving in 2 weeks on the biggest newest ship - Symphony of the Seas. Going to be great. Sue is professional, very knowledgeable, and very timely in her replies. Fantastic experience: Stopped by when planning my Honeymoon, spoke with Marlene St Jean about options. Marlene was extremely helpful, flexible, and friendly and offered many different choices at great rates. We ended up booking a 7 Night cruise in the Caribbean with MSC Cruises. Marlene was able to get us a great deal on both the cruise and flights to the cruise port. Very simple process, Marlene went above and beyond and took care of almost everything for us, which was a huge help as it was our first time vacationing outside Canada.
