Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Royalton Bavaro in Punta Cana. Was glad we went with the Diamond club since allowed for easy check in /check out, butler services, reservations to restaurants through butler, separate pool and bar and transportation to Royalton splash which was great for kids. Working with Meg was easy. She provided all necessary information ahead of time. SHe made the whole process seamless. I would definitely recommend!
