Fantastic experience: Kathy is always available to help. We flew down to Dominican on a Sunday and one of our travel companions had issues with his passport so wasn’t allowed to leave with us. She answered her phone late Sunday afternoon and helped him with his paperwork, find another flight and we was thankfully able to join us by Tuesday evening. She is always there if you need her. Would highly recommend using Kathy to help with planning your next trip.
