Fantastic experience: I met Mel from when she helped plan my friends wedding abroad. She was easy to deal with. At the time I was planning my own wedding in Colombia and the travel agent I was using at the time was horrible, Mel offered advice without me taking her on yet and helped so much. Once I let go of the other agent and started with Mel, what a great experience, no more stress, so glad I made that decisin. She made planning my wedding so much easier, she was lovely to deal with. Communication was excellent, she was very honest and direct about everything, I liked that I was never left in the dark about anything. We had a group of aprox 40 ppl and she handled everyone gracefully. She really made the whole travel part of my wedding a breeze and definitely recommend if you're planning a destination wedding or travelling in a large group. Thanks again Mel.

Fantastic experience: Mel helped me plan my dream Jamaica Destination Wedding for October 2024. She was so friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and connected me to my dream resort. She made booking the trip with all my loved ones easy. She was recommended to me by a friend and she exceeded my expectations. I shopped around for a planner and she was the warmest and friendliest one. She took phone calls and emails when she could and I didn’t have to worry about booking my family and friends or payments. All my guests only had good things to say. And best of all I have her an approximate budget and she got 200$ under that budget. Plus kids stay was free and an airline where the price includes the carry on and checked bag. The wedding perks were great as well! Thank you Mel!!!

Negative experience: Speaking only for myself and my partner, I was not happy with the level of service and lack of communication leading up to this trip for our friend's wedding. I am not speaking for the group. We were supposed to get follow up emails regarding payment, which we did not until final due date. Questions I had asked went unanswered and when I followed up, I was made to feel like I was the one confused when I wasn't. The lack of communication and knowledge was frustrating. When working with a travel agent (and I have over the years the same one) there is a certain level of communication and knowledge you should expect and while I do appreciate that the trip itself was a fabulous one, I do not feel this was made better per se by the experiences with working with Love Voyage. When working with an agency, everything should be made easier. We stood out in the rain with our luggage not allowed on the bus initially due to no voucher being provided. This was when we arrived at the airport and were departing for the resort.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I booked my destination wedding with Melissa (Love Voyage). We went to Cancun, Mexico and my guests, husband and I, had a memorable time. Melissa took care of everything and I didn't have to worry. She is always available to talk, if there are any concerns. And she is a lovely person. Fantastic experience: We utilized Mel from searching the internet for a travel agent specializing in destination weddings. Right from the start, you knew that she was very passionate and loved doing what she does. Our destination was Mexico and we decided to go with the Iberostar Selection Cancun. This place was awesome from the start. Cleanliness is a big for us and as soon as we’re arrived you could tell it was going to be an amazing place. Fantastic experience: Mel is an absolute pleasure to work with. She help me plan my group Honeymoon for 15 people in the middle of a pandemic and it turned out to one of the BEST TRIPS OF MY LIFE!!!!
