Negative experience: My three attempts to contact someone at this place gave me three frustrating results. The first one was a message left with no follow up. The second was a rude person on the other end of the line. Believing the five star rating by numerous people on line, I thought I would visit the physical location as posted online. There is no such physical location.

Trust me, if you booked through Rahman travel services they will do all the necessary arrangements to reschedule your flight. At the end of May 2023, I was called on to leave for India urgently to be by the side of an ailing, elderly family member. RTS booked a ticket for me within 24 hours and I was in India 96 hours after that. I dealt with three of RTS’s staff in the course of this transaction and found them courteous, competent and quick. These days, when travel agencies are going the way of the Dodo bird, it’s a great pleasure, a surprisingly great pleasure, to discover RTS. I am told this is a relatively young travel agency – less than 2 years old. Its customer service puts it in the league of fifty-year-old, top flight travel agencies. One of the instance I still remember is back in 2021 while I am visiting india on urgent family purpose. Rahman assisted me at 10pm in night that too on weekend.
