From flights, to hotels, to trains, to sights to see, it would not have been possible without her. Fantastic experience: I started using Okushu Tours during the height of the pandemic when the regulations from country to country changes daily. In the past, I've always booked all my cruises, hotels, flights, car rentals, etc all online but since using Okushu Tours and with Lisa Lau's amazing customer services for the last three years, I now fully use Okushu's services and have referred Lisa to many of my friends and families. Reasonable pricing, knowledgeable, professional and impressive customer services. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I am planning my Asia Trip to Japan and I recently purchased the Japan Rail Pass (JR Pass) via Okushu Tours. JR Pass is the train pass that allows me to use its bullet train and other train connections in Japan. The staff at Okushu Tours are very knowledgeable, courteous, responsive & provide their insights and valuable suggestions on what I need for my Japan trip. They told me the various types of JR Pass and the length of the pass. They taught me where to redeem my JR Pass when I arrive in Japan with the voucher. More importantly, they recommend me based on my itinerary, I don't need 14-day pass but 7-day pass suffice, I found them honest and trustworthy as they were able to help me get a JR Pass that fits my trip. More importantly, if you don't know, JR Pass requires our name to be spelled exactly the same as our passport and Okushu Tours was able to print out and spell my name and other INFO accurately. I learn that Okushu Tours offer many private tours that would customize to my preferences and interests. They offer flight options, hotel options and could plan everything for those who doesn't want to plan and let Okushu Tours plan for you. In the near future, I will definitely consider hiring Okushu Tours to help me plan my future trips and will even sign up for some of the private tours that they offer. I highly recommend Okushu Tours!
