Negative experience: We were highly disappointed with our experience at this place. There was no greeting upon arrival, and we weren’t offered a place to sit. The service felt unfriendly, and my fiancée and I got the impression we were interrupting something more important. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Negative experience: We visited Fly Great China at the Tillicum Centre location twice this year to request information about travel to China and we were disappointed by the service. On both occasions, the travel agent was unreasonably late opening his business and was unprofessional. During our latest visit, he was not knowledgeable enough to answer our question, yet seemed unwilling to find out the information we needed. His business space was also messy and unwelcoming.
