2 years ago Fantastic experience: Kim Oliver is amazing. I found myself stranded in Edmonton’s airport after my flight home had been cancelled. Not only did Kim arrange to get me on a flight home THAT DAY (when the airline’s arrangements had me getting home 48 hours later), she called me the next day to make sure I got home all right. Kim has been my go-to for all my travel needs for many years, and this experience has just confirmed her willingness to go above and beyond. Outstanding service.
