Negative experience: worst experience ever, they misguide me if you want to extend your ticket please call airline directly dnt ask them for help, my passport was stuck in canada post i told i need future credit for my ticket but they told me from now on they dnt gave any credit, but when i call airline and ask them future credit they told me yes we can provide you future credit last thing if you want to waste your money and time go with them but be careful from them

Just Because of him, my wife made it back to Toronto safely as she missed her flight because she lost her Phone at the airport. She was so helpless and worried don't know what to do.
