Negative experience: This location is permanently closed. It is still on the CAA site as temporarily closed. Don't go there. It has been permanently closed since October 2022....new tenants have moved into this location it is now a restaurant. Don't waste your time...

Negative experience: It would be appropriate for caa to update their published opening hours than to have me and members waste time, effort and resources to doscover that they are closed for lunch.

Fantastic experience: Very nicely located CAA, easy to go to, free parking and nice people who make you feel welcome. I went for an international drivers license and i was sorted in 10min including taking pictures onsite for the paperwork. Thanks! It went much smoother than i thought!

Negative experience: Comment is about services of CAA and not this specific store. Called for support, was told someone will call me back in 2 mins with the expected time of arrival. Waited over 35 mins in the dark and cold and nothing. Called back, was told that they have no one to send and that the other option is to wait for another service that won’t be available for 3 hours. They could’ve called me back and let me know at the least instead of me waiting in the cold thinking someone is coming. That’s the least they can do for the inability to provide service!

Super competent staff, referred me to embassy websites to obtain all travel information and took my picture and issued me the international drivers permit for $42 dollars, they really know their stuff and help out the customers with all their trip planning! Also has helpful travel accessories. I will be coming here next time I decide to travel.
