Negative experience: Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Johanne: no callbacks despite several follow-ups (it took 1 month to get a response); the proposals did not match what we had requested; she refused to book a hotel that was recommended to us citing a cholera outbreak, but that was not the case when we checked. Additionally, she spent her time interrupting us instead of listening. Overall, a bad experience! We finalized our arrangements with someone else.
