Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Khalsa Travel. Their refund policy is unfair and lacks transparency. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend Khalsa Travel to anyone. The overall experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time and money. There are better travel agencies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: WARNING!!! BEWARE!! So 98 reviews and 4 out 5 stars….Hmmmm. So all the reviewers must be employees, family and or friends. This place is a Joke!!!!! Stay away if you want the worst Customer service experience ever!!!! I would not recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy. They will flat out lie to your face while reneging on original comments made to support you. A lot more reputable places out there that would go the extra mile to support your needs. Again….”STAY AWAY!!!!!” ZERO STARS!!!! Not One!!

Negative experience: Worst experience with SONU. I usually interact with Mandeep kaur and she gives ypu good advice but unfortunately, when I have to confirm my mother's return ticket she was on vacation and I had to deal with the worst advice giver SONU. Please dont follow him otherwise you will loose money. He doesn't care about your money and just think about his own commission. HATE IT REALLY. Just lost my money because of him.

Negative experience: One of the worse agent for booking tickets, you will be stranded on road if you book tickets from these people, they book random flights and doesn’t even know for which country you require transit visa. Book tickets yourself that would be best don’t trust these people they will waste your money

Fantastic experience: Searched several times for cheap tickets online before calling them but they are always cheaper and set up the best routes. Very very knowledgeable staff it’s like they’ve travelled the world! Excellent service, excellent prices, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Their service is really cheap. I reserve my air ticket the lady didn't ask which country I want to travel. Whithout asking any detial she booked my reservation from Toronto to India. She cut my call immediately when I tried to contect her agian she drop my call.

Negative experience: Be careful guys these guys are fraud they don't even know how to treat there customers especially owner of the store even though the owner doesn't even know single thing about flights or tickets mostly they Provide wrong information. We visit as an Indian but they don't care about. Be careful guys.

i am sorry you had a bad experience. But how were you defrauded? We try to give the most up to date information but rules and regulations are changing with quite fluidity for international travel. Governments all over the world add and remove restrictions daily due to covid. i am sure i know more than one thing about airline tickets after 45 years of providing honest service to the community.

Negative experience: I have very bad experience with khalsa travels. Yesterday I had a flight to India and it was cancel no one informed. When I reached on check in counter they told me that my flight was cancel. Nd today I went to their office they told me that They are not refunding my money. Nd Next its my marriage they didn’t even gave me any alternative ticket. I have no idea what should I do.

hi. thank you for your review. your flight was not cancelled. the airline denied you boarding. we dont own the airline. we cannot refund you, as your money is with the airline. if and when the airline refunds your ticket you will receive a refund. due to an enormous amount of phone calls and emails. the airlines are taking up to 5 business days to respond to refund requests. also india has banned indian passport holders as of 18th of march. this may be the reason the airline denied you boarding. as you would be arriving there on the 18th of march. the airlines are not taking chances with documentation as they would be heavily fined. you had a bad experience due to your circumstances and not due to Khalsa travel providing you with bad service.

as an update. just because you dont get things the way you want them right away is no reason to complain to the world. there are thousands of people stranded at airports and we are helping them as efficiently as possible.

instead of appreciating the help we offer you FREE of charge, you are being an ungrateful complainer.

the airline has reviewed the request for your refund. and you will get a full refund in 4-6 weeks. you will not receive it today.

Negative experience: I have really bad experience with Khalsa Travel. Spoke with a agent named Deep. He gave me once a price then same afternoon when I went to purchase the tickets, totally different $800 increased price. When I wanted to talk with the manager then didn't let me. Totally bluffing business.

hi sir. thank you for your review. if you were happy with the price quoted by agent Deep you could have purchased at the time it was quoted. prices are subject to change. the airlines change their prices by the minute depending on availability. as seats get booked up the rates go up. it has to do with supply and demand. there are people world wide booking the exact same flights. im sorry you missed out on the price quoted by Deep. But airline price changes are out of his control.

Negative experience: Long term customer, referred many, but not anymore. Not the best way to deal with customers when you cannot even hold a ticket for 24hrs. Mr.N @ KTravel, took all our details, date of birth, full names to hold 3 tickets for India. We called next day within 20hrs and he advised will call back as was busy. After 1hr we called again, only to know that they cannot give the price anymore , its up at $250/ticket. So what was the whole holding thing about! ? Again was told, will try best and will call back. But they didn't have the courtesy to call back. Poor customer service or have don't care. Wasted our time and prices are in-fact up now. ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Until the ticket is purchased the price can not be guaranteed as it is not in our control. We can only guarantee the space.

Negative experience: Never again will my family use these cheats. Used this place for decades never questioned anything. They cheated us for two tickets and one of their employees thought it was funny we lost $1500. Thanks for nothing. Never again

Hi jag. Im sorry u were not happy with your experience. Pls call and speak to management and see if we can help. If it has something to do with an airline not refunding you we cannnt help as we can only forward you funds that the airline refunds back. When you purchase a ticket the funds are with the airline. Im am not familiar with your case and you havent given any information. But call speak to management and we will do what is in our control. However we cannot work outside of the airline rules.
