Negative experience: Booked a flight to india with them for jet airways. The airline went bankrupt. The airline still refunded people all their money, but this travel agency didnot get me any refund. Now the airline has restarted again. I called them and asked them to help me with the refund , they told "airline se hi baat karlo" and hung up on me. Why would i book through an agency then? USELESS

Extremely arrogant and rude! I had to do more research to figure out information about my parents travel with covid restrictions. It's sad that he is so poor at doing his job.
