Negative experience: Booked family vacation through nancy at alvora. Sata lost my baggage and ive gotten no response or assistance from Alvor, or sata. Please save yourself the headache and dont book with Alvor, they will take your money, and cant offer you anything more than what you can do yourself.

Negative experience: Booked my families holiday through Nancy. My baggage was lost in Ponta Delgada and both the travel agency and Sata airlines are taking no responsibility, and are offering no help in the return of them. Would not recommend booking here, or going through Sata.
