Negative experience: My experience with Ranalli was disappointing and frustrating. They took a long time to respond to my emails, and failed to send me critical documents. As a result the booking for my flight home was cancelled, and I couldn't get in touch with my travel agent to deal with it! After spending two nights stranded overseas, and after absorbing the costs of buying a new ticket, of extra hotel stays and of missed work, I very much _do not_ recommend anyone book their trip with Ranalli.
