Negative experience: Not enough help

Fantastic experience: This was my first time using Norko, and it definitely won't be my last! I booked my trip to THAILAND and VIETNAM (from Ottawa, Canada) with Mr. Arif Khan, and I was surprised to see that he was able to find me a much better price than anything I was able to find online, including Google Flights, Kayak, Expedia, etc. Not only did I save a few hundred dollars on my flights by booking with Norko, but the service was great, the process was smooth, easy and fast, and Mr. Khan was quick to respond and answer whatever questions I had. A++, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Last week, on Thursday, February 12, I purchased airline tickets to Europe from Norko Travel. Although my flight itinerary was complicated, Arif Khan, the travel agent that assisted me, was able to find flights to all of my destinations in a very timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, the final cost of the trip was reasonable. Most importantly, Arif provided me with excellent service. I would definitely recommend Arif Khan and Norko Travel to my co-workers, friends, and family.

Fantastic experience: We had a unique deal for Japan with Norko Travel! All the other websites were pricing 250$ more than Norko. We still can't believe how cheap our airtickets are... We even call Air Canada to be sure there was no mistake, and there wasn't any. We would surely recommend it! :D Thank you Mr Khan.

Fantastic experience: has the best costumer service. Arif is always ready to help, even on Saturdays when you have last-imunte questions. Since I use Norko for work, they know my preferences by now has well. Arif also gives excellent travel advice and alternatives. I trust him with finding low flight rates as well. I'm not going to use this service any time soon. the University I work it also uses Norko as its official travel agency so you can certainly trust them
