Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Allez Hop a organisé notre mariage à destination et le tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Gérer une réservation de groupe peut être un vrai casse-tête et Nicole a fait un travail remarquable. Vacances Air Canada est un très bon opérateur pour les groupes. Le Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta était fantastique et son personnel des plus aimables. La petite attention des noeuds papillon pour la célébration, c'était très apprécié! Un bémol, on aurait voulu que ça dure plus longtemps :)

Never disappointed, always attentive, quick, respects our budget, responds in case of emergencies during the trip, and besides, there's no need to shop around to find the same thing online. Nicole is our preferred travel agent, but Sébastien is always available too if Nicole is busy. We have some wonderful trips thanks to her advice and we will continue to do so.
