Negative experience: When I wanted to inquire by phone about a trip, I spoke with Myra, a helpful assistant. I arrived at the agency, and initially, I was taken care of by Pascale, who was quick and explained loudly that buying a ticket to Algeria was impossible. Frustrated, I went back to Myra, who resolved the issue.

Negative experience: My trip to Portugal was terrible. The plane was very old, no conditions.

Fantastic experience: Pascal was very friendly and helpful when we faced an unexpected flight cancellation from Air Transat during our vacation. Although Travel Transat was not directly associated with Air Transat, she took the time to call the airline for us (and got through to an agent way faster than I could). She was able to reassure me that they were working on booking us onto alternative flights so that I could continue on my vacation without worry.

Positive experience: Good service for booking Transat flights. Moderately useful for accommodation because they cannot book on AirBnb and do not want to research on AirBnb. Insufficient knowledge of different insurances and COVID-related rules. They provide web addresses for us to organize our own trip. You would expect more in 2022, given the ease of access to information offered by the Internet.
