Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy... they have been very difficult to reach and don't often answer the phone, probably due to COVID but it's ridiculous. I thought the agency had closed its doors... after more than 2 weeks of leaving 3 messages, I received a return call and then they never called me back... for future trips, I'm done, I will deal directly with the company.. less hassle and the customer service is there!!! I would have liked to give 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: I booked our trip to Cuba with one of my friends in 2018. Everything went well, we even got an upgrade to a villa with an ocean view. I rated it 4 stars because I found better prices elsewhere since then.
