Negative experience: I am not at all impressed with the level of service provided by Bionic Travel Agency during travel arrangements for our 2023 family vacation. I feel (that my father was) taken advantage of, as my nephew and niece (both under 15 yrs.)paid adult pricing for flight/accommodations. We were not automatically provided with our receipts when deposits and full payments were made; we were not provided with all the travel documents necessary for our trip. Everything had to be asked for, at times repeatedly. Our agent was not forthcoming with information; she didn't take the time to explain everything to us; calls were not returned.
