Negative experience: Worst travel agency ever, this was my last trip before the end of my parental leave and I was hoping to get some rest. It was the most stressful trip ever because of an error this travel agent did and did not want to correct. Please save yourself some trouble and DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH THIS AGENCY. This agent decided to guess how my daughter’s name was written instead of reading her passport. The new ticket he issued was not booked properly and we encountered countless problems throughout our trip. We were stuck in a foreign country’s airport for 12hrs with a baby, a disabled person and an elderly person and had to extend our trip both ways in order for the issue to be fixed. We contacted all airlines and they’ve all said your travel agent can fix the issue easily. When we contacted said “travel agent” he refused to help and said it was out of his hands. He sent us back to the airlines and even had the audacity to tell us to figure it out same way we did on our way to our destination after being stuck for 12hrs and delaying our departure. Initially the airline confirmed the issue was fixed but they could only confirm on the departure day, we are not travel agents it was for the agency to make sure everything was good in the back end as we’ve made the payment to them. Because of this agency’s error and lack of professionalism we had to rebook tickets and extend our trips which resulted in unexpected expenses. We considered the owner of this agency as family, we only booked our tickets from him every summer for the past 10 years and we could not believe the way we were treated. There may have been a fee to pay for the error he made or he did not send the full payment to the airlines as they mentioned there was also a balance on the tickets that we’ve paid in full to the agency. Nonetheless this was not a way to deal with loyal customers, we always spoke in good about them but after this event THE AGENCY DESERVES TO BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY AND THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WE PAYED FOR HIS ERROR NEED TO BE REIMBURSED!

Negative experience: I bought a ticket from Ali for all my family spend $ 5000G. And he never informed me that I need to buy a ticket for my toddler if I am the only adult I can't carry infant and toddler as well that is the international law and I have to buy him a ticket from Asmera to Addis and from Addis to Toronto as well I spend unexpected expense after my trip around 1000$. For sure you know how it feels after you had a long holiday to spend that money when you are not informed correctly. I missed my flight and with 3 young kids it wasn’t easy at all.plus when I try to contact to him from there he was rude and ignorant since he earns his commotion no care. I will give him under zero star if it exists. I hardly recommend not to buy a ticket from him from what I experience. He is not honest and never gives the right information. For sure this is not his first time doing this.
