Negative experience: Very poor customer service experience with both Ana and Miguel. Multiple phone calls and emails requesting support for over two months and there was no response from either Ana or Miguel. If you don't want my business - just tell me! After sharing my experience with others, I am hearing similar complaints. Very frustrating and disappointing. Do better Ana and Miguel.

Negative experience: Warning! The owner of this establishment lacks integrity and honesty. I was overcharged on my visa by about $500.00 to get seats with extra leg room. I have made several attempts to contact this individual but to my shock and dismay, he fails to respond to my phone calls and emails. On my last attempt, I used my sons’ telephone number and he actually responded and promised to return my call upon further inquiries. I’m still waiting. I want that one star back.

Negative experience: Not recommended for migration purposes (sponsorship process), they do not have license to be legal representative throug the process, not enough knowlodgment about requirements and steps during the process, not follow up, not updates, not good costumer service and attention. I had to insist a lot to clarify doubts that I had throughout my process, as if I had not paid for the service and was asking for it for free. By myself I had to find a solution and do the work for which they were paid. That is not fair. Don't waste money and time and better go to an certified agency.

Negative experience: Tried to call for covid information this morning and was told why u bothering me with this. We hadn't purchased our flights yet but were recommended to this agency from family. We will never ever use him or recommend this agency to anyone.

Negative experience: The rudest man I'm surprised this business is not closed down. He thinks he is doing customers a favor yet without customers who is he. Shut down this nasty business do the customers a favor. He's is so unprofessional and as rude as they come.

Negative experience: Rude horrible service, I called and spoke to a male representative who abruptly hung up on me. I was asking for flight information having done some research on my own. Demonstrating his ignorance he promptly cut me off as soon as he realized I had looked on the internet previous to our conversation. Today's consumers are informed and yes, most of what you need is on the internet however, people still book with travel agents as I was looking to do although after this experience I totally understand why the typical travel agency has basically become obsolete. Keep it up smart guy! That's definitely the way to business. Can't wait for the day the old generation is gone, you know the ones who don't own a computer. Once they've passed on your doors will be closing as quickly as you hung up!
