Fantastic experience: So so grateful for Gus from Rome Travel. I was looking for someone who would take my desired locations and excursions for an Italy trip and put together an itinerary that made the most sense, and he did just that. He arranged all transportation (private car and public train) with tickets and everything we needed. It was fantastic. He was even responsive when we tried calling him with one concern while there.Truly put our minds at ease, as we really didn't have the time or energy to plan something like this (with fairly short notice, too). Highly recommend for your Italy travels.

Fantastic experience: I had problems putting together a family trip for March break did a bit of research and found Rome travel and more importantly Gus. After having a quick conversation and sending Gus a few places that we wanted to visit, I received an itinerary the next day. The nine day trip was incredible and not one thing went wrong the entire trip. The tour companies that he dealt with in Rome and Venice were professional and accountable, they exceeded our expectations by far. We felt like our hand was being held the entire trip and for our first time in Italy felt 100% comfortable. Gus also checked in with us repeatedly before, throughout, and after the trip. Finally, a great travel agent, I would recommend Gus to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Our agent Gus was amazing. From the the initial call to the day we returned. Gus worked with us to ensure our itinerary was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was planned to the last detail and his recommendations were top notch. Gus made himself available 24/7 during our trip and called to welcome us home. Gus is a Mediterranean expert and we look forward to booking future trips with him.

Negative experience: Unreliable. We took an Uber here and arrived at 4pm to closed doors and no explanation for listing a 6:00pm closing time.
