Negative experience: They are charging $100 per person because the government VISA website was down. Atrocious, dishonest way of stealing from customers as the VISA is only $35 US dollars. A your still charged the fee. They are gouging travellers three times the amount to assist!!!! Run Run Run to SkyRoute Travel Services Inc with great customer service and excellent flight deals with hotel and excursions!! Ask for Ranti Alice

Negative experience: This is the worst place to book flight to anywhere. The manager has no clue of the place. He couldn't answer any questions regarding my flight. I lost my flight due to the incompetence of his staff members. The manager of this place told me to either sue him or sue the airline company. I lost out on $1700 because of incompetent staff.Never again, will I use this place or recommend this nonsense place.

Positive experience: I can not really review this service, for I haven't booked any ticket with them. Twice I visited the office to use their fax service and once to inquire about the cost of a ticket to India. The travel agency has been operating for years at yorkgate mall. Whenever I go to the mall, I see the travel agents busy with customers.
