Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Me and my family trusted Paula do to out income taxes. A month later we had no feedback from her. We called she said she had submitted them though e-file and we had to wait. Almost 2 months later nothing had been done. We tried to call her and she’d never take our calls or respond to our text messages. We decided to go to her office (far from us), she did them in front of us, but some of them we had to send through mail, even though she had told us before she had submitted them already through e-file. We thought everything was finally done, and guess what? Our taxes were all done incorrectly. Once again we tried to contact her and once again she wouldn’t take our calls. We had to call her from a different phone number (surprisingly she took the call, funny eh). She said we had to wait for our notice of assessment in order for her to fix it. We waited and once we had it, we called her, left voice mails, text messages and nothing!!! Today, we had to use a different phone number to talk to her, AGAIN! It’s been 3 months, my mom is still waiting for her to fix her income taxes, and mine are still pending because they weren’t done correctly. I do not recommend Paula! She’s been very disrespectful, I regret trusting this very inefficient “professional”.

Negative experience: This place is very unprofessional and does not deserve to be in business. One month later and still my parents’ income tax was not done. When I called on at least three occasions to check the status, I was told I would receive a call back which did not ever happen. After one month and fully frustrated, I picked up the paperwork with the income tax not done and did not even get so much as an apology. Shame on Paula! Common courtesy, good business sense and decent customer service is definitely lacking. Save yourself the trouble and take your taxes elsewhere!

Negative experience: The worst agency I have ever dealt with, they never call you back took them over 2 weeks to get me flight information and pricing and which point it was too late to book the flight I needed I went somewhere else and within 15 minutes had everything booked. I do not recommend this agency, they are very incompetent.
