Negative experience: Trip to Vancouver August 4-8 2024. The magnificence of British Columbia has nothing to do with the service we experienced. Terrible hotel. And location as well. Transportation was awful. A four-seater Toyota Highlander. Five people cannot comfortably fit and especially look through the windows. Especially those sitting all the way in the back on the goat seats, staring not out the windows but at small portholes!!! And when the driver's command (who is also the guide) was 'look to the right, look to the left,' it sounded mocking for tourists who paid a considerable amount of money. The trip to the famous resort Whistler turned out to be just a myth!!! Out of the two hours alloted for this wonderful place, we spent it in a café waiting to snack (since there were many people everywhere). We could not take a single photo. And prove that you were in this famous resort! The itinerary was poorly designed, not just for this route, but for all the others as well. I do not recommend (100%) getting involved with this company!!! Rating VERY VERY bad!!!

Fantastic experience: This is Inga and Igor's September tour of Vancouver. The rain was disappointing but there were more sunny days. Professional guide Vladimir told and showed a lot of interesting things. We stayed at the luxurious BELMONT hotel in the city center, within walking distance to all the delicious cafes and prestigious restaurants in the city as well as the attractions. HARRISON Hot SPRINGS for 3 nights (must try) (hot springs with sulfate water) were splendid for our health. Sport fishing for sturgeon (just amazing) if you are an angler, my husband caught 4 fish weighing 50 kg each like sharks. The excursions were professionally adjusted according to the weather, which was very pleasing. Hand sterilization and masks during excursions were up to standard considering our global situation. The vacation went brilliantly. We were very satisfied. Huge thanks to Vladimir and Elena for the professionally organized tour. We are positive people, so the tour went splendidly, and we wish you more positive tourists who trust you. You are professionals in your field. P.S. Just so you know, all of Odessa enjoyed the best restaurants in Vancouver, and delighted in the hot springs, fishing, and gardens during our tour (and all of Odessa should know about this).
