Fantastic experience: I booked tickets through one of their travel consultant, Nisha Sethi. Also got a chance to meet and interact with the owner. Both interactions went smooth and comfortable, and the overall experience was pleasing. Well spoken, knowledgeable and helping team. Would definately recommend their services!

Negative experience: last year, my parents return flight was cancelled due to pandemic. We were given partial refund with some deductions. When asked, Goyal travels explained deductions were by Airlines. I checked with Airlines and they confirmed as nothing such. when I questioned, they agreed that they charged it for the service but in fact, we already paid service fee while booking tickets. They do not have time to respond to your questions once payment is done.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time booking through Goyal Travels. The staff is very professional and patient. I will be a loyal Goyal Travel going forward.

Negative experience: One of the worst customer experience . Wanted to talk to the Owner but the staff has a standard reply not available. When requested for his Cellphone number again refused. Their charges are arbitrary and almost double the Airline rates. They don't have Customers interest but have only profit motive by hook or crook. They charged double the rate for change of date than the Airline rates. My only advice to everyone is try to Book your ticket directly through the Airline website as it will be much cheaper if you want to cancel or change the date of travel. Please please don't use this travel agency to avoid future disappointment.
