Fantastic experience: I highly recommend China Travel Services, Vancouver for tours in China. Our agent Alex was very friendly, informative, organized and super helpful in planning our family trip including our visas, airport transfers, hotels, personal tour guide and driver in each city, sites to visit, and flight/high speed train between cities. Breakfast and lunches were included. Hotels were nice and clean. We are able to speak some Cantonese but English is our main language and we cannot read and speak Mandarin so did not know how to start to plan a trip to Beijing and Guilin then to Guangzhou and Hong Kong to visit family. Alex helped us customize and book our personal tour and provide English speaking tour guides in each city. My daughter is highly allergic to peanuts and tree nuts so the tour guides were extremely helpful so she could safely eat. So appreciative of this. @Alex thank your and your colleagues hard work in making it a memorable trip for us!

Fantastic experience: I needed an expedited China VISA and was less prepared than I needed to be - and they helped me through every step of the way. Applied in late March and got approved early April - extremely happy as I got it in time just before my flight, and heard other friends who have taken months to get theirs. Positive experience: Got the job done, but it took longer than it should have due to an error on their side. Don't expect courteous service, when a mistake was made, any discussion of it was ignored (zero apology when it was explained) and conversation broke down to rude demands for payment.
