We have worked with her over the years and have always been so grateful for all her support, organization and knowledge. This past holiday we booked with her, I was so appreciative with how she always remembered to reach out before we needed to book restaurants or rides. Expérience fantastique: I had such a wonderful experience working with Natasha Rodriguez to plan our Disneyland trip! This was my first trip to Disneyland as an adult, and she made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful with booking everything, including dinner at Goofy's Kitchen and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for my daughter’s first Disneyland trip. Those special details meant so much to us, and I really appreciated having someone knowledgeable to help make sure everything was taken care of. Expérience fantastique: Jenn and here team were INCREDIBLE! We planned a group trip with 7 people to Rome/Sorrento/Barcelona. Jenn was so communicative and offered up great suggestions and alternatives when needed- and when one of our hotels changed on us the day before we were to arrive she and her team were all over it changing our pick up times, tour info etc. And mind you they were 10 hours behind us so they were truly paying attention and making sure that we could remain stress free and enjoy our trip. I will be working with them again for sure, and suggest you do too!

Our group loved the character dining and having the help of an agent to take care of the booking made the experience stress free. Even on the trip we had a few questions and Jenn was always available to help us out. We’ve done the trip enough now we could do this on our on but we would? No!! No question was silly and she literally walked me through every detail! She provided multiple options at multiple price points for us to choose and when it came down to booking, she did it all! We even opted to pay extra for her to help us with LL and she set things up for us beautifully. A few days out she provided us with a detailed outline of our whole trip , equipped with tips and tricks and food recommendations! We referred back to her notes multiple times throughout our trip. Though I had previously been there nearly 20 years ago I was very overwhelmed with the thought of how much planning it truly takes to put together a great Disney vacation. Expérience fantastique: We worked with Amanda at Spoonful of Magic Travel to plan an All Inclusive getaway to the Dominican Republic. Our experience was great! We traveled with kids and grandparents (from Canada and overseas) and Amanda made the whole experience seamless. She helped us coordinate arrivals, gave us various options of amazing hotels (with her help we picked Dreams Onyx Resort in Punta Cana which was great - highly recommend) and advocated for us when we ran into some glitches (outside of our and her control). Amanda was informative, responsive and overall a pleasure to work with on this trip. Without a doubt, we will be reaching out to her again.

As a family of 6, the thought of travelling with four small children was already overwhelming especially a first trip to Disney World. Expérience fantastique: Amanda was extremely helpful every step of the way. We have been to Disney several times (since I was a kid, to having my own kid) but things have changed a lot post covid. Amanda was very knowledgeable about those changes and gave us excellent guidance on how things work. She handled all of our dining reservations and walked me through the Lightning Lane process so that when it came time to book rides, we got everything we wanted. I can honestly say we did more rides per park on this trip than we’ve ever done in all of our years going! I highly recommend Amanda and her team if you’re booking a trip. Expérience fantastique: Booked my family vacation to Disneyland (happiest place on earth) with Natasha and I’m so happy to have made that decision. It was our first time visiting Disneyland and as anyone else we had a ton of questions. She specializes in Disney packages and was extremely helpful in guiding and preparing us in the months/ weeks /days leading up to our visit. Very prompt in responding to our questions and concerns & also helped us choose a hotel that completely suited our needs. We totally loved our stay and enjoyed our trip to Disneyland. If you’re planning a Disney vacation, do not hesitate and get in touch with Natasha about it and she will help you all the way to a memorable holiday. It maybe only me but the only small concern is that she only communicates via email or chat and at times I wished I could call her to discuss my trip. However, her prompt response to any and all of my queries every time was very satisfying and didn’t get me worried. Assisted us in booking our park visits, gave us all the information on how to maximize our time in the parks and tons of small details that really helped us have a great family holiday. Overall it was a very positive experience working with Natasha and for sure will not hesitate in contacting her again for any future vacation plans .

Jenn took the time to understand our ideas for the trip and then suggest a package that best suited our ideas and more importantly our budget. But she did not stop there, she also gave us other option to see where we could save or spend on. We went with her original suggestion. After booking i had a lot of questions and jenn took the time to answer each and every one of them with insightful and accurate answers that included personal experience from being at the parks so often. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! She is beyond amazing. Our first trip was to Disneyland and she went above and beyond when one of our party was unable to fly with us. She was on the phone with Disney as we were in the air trying to help us out. She handled the situation fabulously. The trip was amazing and with all her tips and tricks we felt like we knew exactly what we were doing. Our second trip was to Disney World and again she was so amazing! She sent us a huge document that went over everything we should know for our trip. And that was super helpful. She is very quick to reply and is always helpful.
