Negative experience: I went to book a trip online. Great price. However, the lady I dealt with told me that the pricing was wrong as well as flights and information. I kept a screen shot of the post on their website.to prove that the pricing was what was posted. She took my information and said the post was wrong and that someone in head office screwed that post up. She then told me she would call me back in five mins and 2 weeks later I've yet to hear from her. I've called everyday and got no answer. This is false advertising at its finest and extremely devastating to have to tell a 3 year old she cannot go swimming with the dolphins. . ...I will be posting this all over Facebook to make sure people know . Extremely bad customer service!!!
